“A little drop in honour...,” can be heard when admirers of smooth beer and friends of historic brewing get expert advice in the city of Goslar. The great grand and original Harz Mountains beer “Gose” was already highly considered in medieval times and drunk by kings and sophisticates with an acquired taste. A travel through times of early brewery including feeding of regional specialties and obtainment of the “Beer Skilled Expert” certificate is offered every year on fixed dates and for groups on request.
