Rhododendron – Glamorous Blossoms in May

The Rhododendron Park in Linswege-Petersfeld is carefully looked after and has advanced to being the most beautiful and biggest rhododendron park in Germany over the last 75 years.

Today, this unique forest park welcomes an uncountable number of fascinated visitors. A 2.5-km hiking path takes visitors around the park and through the most beautiful areas, which are nicely broken up by an exquisite pond and many relaxation benches – all round an idyllic experience for visitors.

The best time to visit the park is in May. This is when the rhododendrons and azaleas are in bloom. Visitors are met by a great number of different kinds and colours – a very special kind of bloomy experience, which flower fans should not miss.
