Bomann-Museum Celle

The Bomann-Museum is one of the most beautiful and biggest regional museums in Northern Germany. The emphasis of the collection lies on the cultural history of the land of Niedersachsen.

Castle museum Jever

Jever castle dates back to a weir from the late 14th century. The fortress got its typical characteristics mostly from the massive keep, which during the 15th and 16th century was surrounded by a Vierseitanlage.

Emden Art Gallery

In 1986 the founder of "Stern“ magazine, Henri Nannen, built, in his hometown, a building to house his collection of 20th century art. German expressionism and paintings of the new functionalism movement form the core of the collection, which includes works by Nolde, Macke and Kokoschka.
