North Sea Shore Cycle Path

Fischer Along the Niedersachsen North Sea coast, an approx. 400 kilometres long cycle route passes lighthouses and herds of sheep on dikes along dunes and directly at the shore. The route is part of the North Sea Shore Cycle path, which with more than 6000 kilometres is the longest signposted cycle path in the world. This path runs through Denmark, Sweden, Norway, England, Scotland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
Enthusiastic cyclists can visit selected places along the Niedersachsen North Sea shore in several legs and also make a detour to the East Frisian Islands. The well developed and signposted route runs mainly along serene country roads and cycle paths. Guesthouses and overnight accommodations can be found everywhere.
Just follow the logo of the North Sea Shore cycle path. In addition to the attractive landscape, there is also much to discover in the small towns. Stopovers are definitely worthwhile.
